Rally-Wed July 31 at 1 pm. Barrie City Hall

July 29, 2024

70 USW Local 1944 are being forced to relocate because Telus is closing it’s Barrie office. The majority have been working purely remotely for nearly 5 years. Now they must move to work a mandatory 3 days/week in the office. Join us to stand in solidarity against this type of union busting.

USW Local 1944 has undergone a major email writing campaign where members of the public can send in a form letter to a list of Leaders in Ottawa, as well as their own MP based on the postal code provided in the fillable fields.  The email campaign can be found below
